In Administration (“the Company”)
Upon the application to Court of the Company acting by its director, Jonathan Avery-Gee, Edward Avery-Gee and Daniel Richardson were appointed the Joint Administrators of the Company on 23 October 2019.
Jonathan Avery-Gee is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales under office holder number 1549, Edward Avery-Gee is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association under office holder number 12410 and Daniel Richardson is authorised to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association under office holder number 12650.
The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company without personal liability.
